policies
By booking with Training My Eye, you agree to the following policies.
01.
Deposit
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is mandatory. Appointments without deposit are not confirmed and may be canceled. The remaining balance is due 24hours before your session. Payment of the deposit indicates your agreement to Training My Eye, Photography's policies.
02.
Fees
Final investment for each session will include the following fees:
- Travel (if outside of D.C. proper)
- Processing (3.49%)
- Studio Rental: $75/hour
03.
EDITING & DELIVERY
Edited photos will be sent via email with a Dropbox link within 1-2 weeks. Your personal photo gallery will remain accessible for 2 weeks after delivery. Please ensure to download all photos within this period, as access will expire thereafter.
04.
PERSONAL GALLERY
In addition to receiving your images via Dropbox,
Exclusive & Event Packages include a Password-Protected Viewing Gallery with edited photos. Gallery access will be available for 1 month.
03.
Shared photo agreement
The Client and the Photographer agree that copyright, moral rights, and all other intellectual property rights to the Photos are to be shared equally between both parties. These images can only be used for Social Media, Website, Portfolio & Personal Usage. Any party may, through mutual consent, request to negotiate further rights to the Photos should they desire to use them for commercial purposes.
